Order Concerns & Quality Review

If you experience any issues with your order, including concerns about quality, we kindly ask that you contact us via email.

All concerns will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

To be eligible for review:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Clear photos and/or videos must be submitted

If your claim is approved, we will offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
