Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

• Once payment is completed, orders cannot be altered, changed, or canceled as we begin processing immediately.

• For all pre-orders, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

• During major sales, promotional events, and holiday periods, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

• Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

• We currently ship domestically within the United States only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dynasties Hair & Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

Returned / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us and deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

• The customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
