The Dynasties website is a Salon and Hair Extensions site. By using the Dynasties website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Dynasties may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase Dynasties's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Dynasties. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Dynasties website.
SHIPPING POLICY
-Billing and Shipping address should be the same. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
PROCESSING (Add)
-Processing may take 2-3 business before your order is shipped out. For orders placed Friday thru Sunday, processing will not start until the next business day. All orders are processed Monday thru Friday.
SHIPPING
- Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing time.
Domestic Flat Rate takes 5-7 business days after processing time.
Shipping is currently unavailable for international orders.
Tracking will be available within 24 hrs of receiving tracking email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
-All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please make sure your order is correct before confirming purchase. As some orders are special made and we like to get orders processed in a timely manner. Order can not be changed once order is processed. As for any quality issues please contact us via email as we will do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied.
