 What kind of extensions do you offer?

We offer two grades of quality Brazilian Hair. Our Crown collection is a high end single donor hair with all cuticles intact. The Princess Collection is a more affordable mid-grade hair from multiple donors. 

 

How many bundles are recommended for styling?

Depending on your desired style will depend on how much hair is needed to achieve the look. Shorter bundles are usually fuller and most looks can be accomplished with two bundles. Three bundles is average for any style up to 26’. For longer styles near   30’ inches four or more bundles are suggested but not required. 

 

How long do your extensions last?

With proper care our Princess Collection can last 6-8 months or longer, as for the Crown Collection hair can last up to 1 year easily with proper care. 

 

Can I color my extensions?

Extensions can be colored. The Princess Collection will easily lighten up to a level 7 (number 30 I’m extension colors). The Crown Collection can lift to a level 8 or 9 (which is number 27 in hair extension numbers). This is with proper coloring techniques and quality products. Hiring a professional colorist is suggested for maximum results. 

 

Can the weft be cut?

The weft is the top portion of the extension where the hair is sewn together to make the track. The weft can be cut although it is not recommended to minimize shedding. 

 

Does the hair shed?

The hair has been sewn into a weft, therefore it is possible to experience minimum shedding. All bundles are double wedges to ensure quality. Proper maintenance is extremely important.

 

HAIR CARE TIPS

-Pre-Care Tips

It is suggested that you co-wash hair prior to installation. Frontals and closures will need the knots to be bleached and plucked. It’s is suggested that you hire a professional to ensure the integrity of your lace. 

 

-Installation

Sew over and under the weft, rather than through it, to maintain the integrity of the weft. As for lace it is suggested that you use quality glue and glue remover to keep lace free of excess debris. Seeking processing services is recommended for optimal lace results.

 

-Removal

Lace remover, oil, or alcohol used delicately will clean lace with minimal damage. When removing den tracks simply cut the thread from around the weft without clipping the weft.

 

-Shampoo and Conditioning

Quality moisturizing shampoo will cleans the hair while maintaining its moisture, moisture rich conditioner applied generously will give the hair nutrients need for a rich and sleek finish. When shampooing hair it is important to massage hair in the direction of the cuticle (downward) at all times. Do no massage the hair roughly it will distress the hair. 

 

-Styling

It is highly suggested that you apply heat protectant to you extension’s prior to using any styling tools. Moisturizing oils and serums will give the hair lust and shine. Spritz and hair spray can be used lightly, but please be mindful that these products are made with alcohol and and can be drying to the hair. 

 

-Deep Wave and Curly Hair

Hair with more texture such as deep wave and curly bundles Will require more maintenance. Textured hair should be detangled daily with a wide tooth comb, starting at the ends and moving upwards. Water and conditioner should be added to assist with detangling hair easier. Deep conditioning and co-washing textured hair is suggested as often as needed. Light oil or serum, natural curl moisturizer, and styling foam (not mousse) is a great recipe to give curl pattern maximum results. Curly hair is usually fluffy, if you prefer a wet and wavy look you can simply add more products. Don’t brush or comb textured hair while dry as it wil cause breakage.
